Right now, your body may feel tight or you are struggling with chronic muscle tension or musculoskeletal pain. Maybe your body is restricted on how it can move, and it’s decreasing your work performance. It could be that you are struggling with headaches, back pain, sleepless nights, a weak immune system, constant stress, or maybe you are less than your optimal self.
Deep down you know you are not here to struggle;
pain is not supposed to rule your life.
If you’re like many of my clients, you are seeking an alternative treatment or looking for complementary care to conventional medicine. You want to get to the root cause of your health issues and not just mask the symptoms. Your goal in life is total wellness and transformation. That’s why you’re here:
You’re ready to break free into a new way of being,
one that reflects who you REALLY are as a healthy, radiant, powerful person who lives with confidence and passion. Somewhere along the way, you lost this connection with who you really are. Maybe it was a job that has caused you ongoing stress, or you haven’t been able to rejuvenate yourself after pulling your back out. Perhaps you may just never feel like there’s enough time in the day for YOU, and you’re constantly overwhelmed trying to help everyone else. Therefore, you can’t seem to shut your mind off, take time for a deep breath, or get the clarity you need to make your health a top priority again. As a result, your body is sending you some warning signs, whether it’s chronic muscle cramps, headaches, fatigue, or back pain.
Do more than numb the pain
Rather than trying to numb these warning signs so you can feel more comfortable in your struggle, you’re here because you’re ready to transform your life and you know that you need to start with your physical and emotional health. The good news is that, most noteworthy, no matter how long you’ve felt ‘off’ for, you’ve come to the right place and there are indeed powerful, all-natural solutions to restore your health and reclaim a life of purpose, balance, and joy. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know you are in the right place. For the past 4 years, I have helped hundreds of clients just like you. Hi my name is Jacob and I am a Licensed massage therapist here in Seabrook, Tx.
Rather than just helping you feel ‘a little better’, my mission is to treat all facets of who you are —physical, emotional, and spiritual— so that you not only experience rapid relief, but you also have a blueprint for balanced and healthy living that will serve you for the rest of your life.

About Jacob Carothers
I love working with people who have no idea how beneficial massage therapy is to our health. The opportunity to share and educate them on the positive effects and open their eyes to alternatives before rushing to the extreme and getting surgery or living a life dedicated to taking pills. In fact ,helping people is truly a passion for me and to have such a gift to be able to reach others fills me with such joy. While not many know about balancing the body and how an unbalanced body can affect them long term, it is my goal to teach as many people how to correct these imbalances to reduce pain and live a healthy life rather than mask the pain with a quick fix.
Early in my practice I had a Mother with a full-time job experiencing pain in her back and shoulders. She explains to me that she continues to get massage therapy because it helps with the pain, meanwhile what she did not know was the cause of her pain. For this reason she came to me looking for temporary relief but ironically she felt that my sessions were different so she decided to set up a series of sessions.
After 3 sessions,
she felt great, almost as if the pain has completely disappeared and that is because we discovered her daily activities and weak muscles were causing her to form bad posture and imbalances in her body. She explained how she has to sit at her desk and work on the computer nearly all day, besides her lunch break, which she knew she had bad posture and just assumed all she could do was continue to get temporary relief. We discovered her hip flexors were tight and weak as well as forward head posture which shortened the pectoralis major and minor muscles, causing the pain in her back and shoulders. We were able to correct most of these habits and give stretches and exercises to keep her in shape and pain free. As a result she continues to actively spend time with her children with tune-ups every couple years.
